We could not confirm the following from primary sources. Please check the official page before relying on them:
- Online reservation URL — none found for foreign license conversion; booking is phone-only. (The site does offer online booking for the regular knowledge test, but not for 外免切替.)
- Exact on-the-day check-in/reception hours for the conversion exam (only the phone-booking window 2–4 PM was confirmed)
- The '外免切替専用ダイヤル 050-1731-8335' from a third-party search summary could NOT be verified — treat as unverified
- Postal code 856-0817 was not shown on the official page (only the address 大村市古賀島町533-5 was confirmed)
- Holiday testing exclusions (e.g., Dec 29–Jan 3) were not explicitly confirmed in the fetched official text
- Whether on-site multilingual exam papers are offered — official page only states an interpreter must be brought
